We Find Your Coach
We review your registration and match you with a coach based on your skill level, goals, and schedule. We'll contact you within 48 hours.

Confirm and Get Invoiced
Once you're happy with your match, we send you an invoice for your chosen package. No payment until you've confirmed your coach.

Start Coaching
Schedule your first session with your coach and get to work. 30 minutes, focused, and tailored to your game.

Common Questions
BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
When do I pay?
You're invoiced after we've confirmed your coach match and you've agreed to proceed. There's no upfront payment — you won't be charged until you're happy with who we've matched you with.
Do I need to be a competitive player to get coaching?
Not at all. We have coaches for every level — from complete beginners picking up a dart for the first time to experienced players looking to sharpen specific aspects of their game.
Are sessions in-person or online?
Both options are available depending on the coach. You can specify your preference when you register and we'll match you accordingly.
What if I'm not happy with my matched coach?
We confirm the match with you before you pay anything. If it's not the right fit, let us know and we'll find you someone better — no pressure, no charge.
How much do coaches get paid?
Coaches receive the majority of the session fee. Darts In Calgary takes a small coordination percentage to cover matching, admin, and billing. Full details are shared when we confirm your coach registration.
Can I do more than one block of coaching?
Absolutely. Many players complete one block and sign up again — either with the same coach or a different one. Just re-register when you're ready for your next block.
